How can I register?

What is the participation cost?
$12,000 buy-in of which $8,000 is the player’s bankroll. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the Championship. You may pay the deposit using Ticketmaster here
When and where is the KDBC held?
The 2nd annual KDBC will be held May 5 & 6, 2017, at Churchill Downs. Players may participate at Churchill Downs or online at TwinSpiresTournaments.com
Is seating included in the entry fee if I play at Churchill Downs?
For the player, yes. Players who buy in for $12,000 and wish to play on-track will receive complimentary seating for one (1) in The Lounge at Aristides. This includes admission, seating, food and beverages for both Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby day, May 5 and 6, plus admission to the TwinSpires VIP Party in The Mansion on Thursday, May 4.
Seating is limited and may be reserved in advance with a $500 deposit. On-track players who wish to bring a guest may purchase one (1) additional seat for a discounted price of $725.
How can I qualify?
Online qualifiers will be held at TwinSpires.com, starting January 14, 2017.
What is the prize pool?
Based on 75 entrants, the prize pool will be $300,000.
Can I transfer my seat if I win a satellite?
Yes. A satellite winning entry may be transferred to another TwinSpires.com account holder of the winner’s choice, provided the chosen player has not previously won or purchased an entry to the KDBC.
